What a pilot looks like

The extraction engine, the Engineering Memory Graph, and the governed workflow spine run on real code. Anything simulated, such as a canary rollout in the demo software estate, is labelled a simulation. Nothing pretends.
It's scoped
We start from a slice of your software estate: seeded, a local path, or a cloned repo. You see the graph build, edge by edge, each connection carrying its evidence.
It's governed
A requirement becomes a Blueprint: impact set, owners, risk, tests, rollout, rollback, then executes through gates and seals a hash-chained attestation trail you can audit.
